This week we shine our Equity in Entrepreneurship Mentor Spotlight on Michael Hamilton, of Net Synergy Virtual Solutions.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. In 2017, Mike was the primary Program Coordinator for Tampa Bay TechHire. Mike was tasked to help establish and grow networks of communities, educators and employers who believe “if you can do the job, you should get the job.” Additionally, Mike was involved with connecting nontraditional job seekers to tech careers. Mike also ran the TechHire Advisory Board meeting quarterly connecting employers to actionable data collected to exceed desired outcomes.

Mike has 13+ years of experience with Business Development, Account Management, Customer Service, Recruitment and leading Sales and Growth Teams. He continues to serve on the Tampa Bay TechHire Advisory Board.

Mike is passionate about the growth and personal development of everyone he comes in contact with. He believes The Equity in Entrepreneurship Program is the vehicle current and aspiring entrepreneurs can use to enabling the growth of their business, and feels the program also provides the essential tools, resources, connections and support needed to facilitate success.

We greatly appreciate the time and expertise Mike is sharing with the group!

The Equity in Entrepreneurship program is a collaborative effort of AMRoC Fab Lab, Grow to Greatness Ventures and the Small Business Development Center.
