Facilities Use 

AMRoC Fab Lab is available for meeting and event space use, as well as machine shop,  studio and co-work space rentals Please review our Facilities Use Agreement here.

AMRoC Facility Rental Fees are per hour or any portion thereof as follows:

Meeting & Classroom and Event Hosting Fees:

  • During AMRoC Open Hours – $75/hr or $500 for the full day.
  • During AMRoC Closed Hours – $100/hr or $800 for the full day.
  • Multiday use for 3-10 days: $350/day + staff fee of $30/hr.
  • Event insurance required

Includes:

  • 4000 sq. ft
  • Seating for 40-50
  • Presentation equipment including audio and video equipment
  • High-Speed Wifi
  • Free Covered and Lot Parking
  • Catering and other food may be brought in

 Machine Shop Use Only – Rent by the hour or day at $95/hr or $750/day – Includes:

  • 2000+ sq. ft.
  • Workbenches
  • Drill press (orientation/clearance required)
  • Saws  (orientation/clearance required)
  • Handtools
  • Electronics tools
  • CNCs (tabletop) (orientation/clearance required)
  • Laser Cutter (100 watt – orientation/clearance required)
  • 3D printer access with up to 10 hrs printing time  (orientation/clearance required)
  • High Speed wifi
  • Free covered and Lot Parking

Full Facility rental – 8000 sq. ft total,  including classroom/meeting space and machine shop access – $125/hr or $1000/day
