In 2002, she developed and ran a career readiness program which helped her employer identify high potential talent from inner city schools. As a business professional and coach, she recognizes the importance of looking at all aspects of a business and knowing what environmental elements can affect the bottom line. As a career readiness coach, she helps individuals identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats around  to hone in on how to make a business unique and successful.  She’ll be working with our EE students to help them assess their own business environments and master professional presentation skills as they progress through the program.

“Whether you are interviewing for a job or speaking to someone about your own business, it is important to know how to represent yourself with confidence. My passion is in helping others succeed and having that confidence will take you a long way in life.”

We’re grateful to Yvette for bringing her passion for helping people become the very best versions of themselves to the Equity in Entrepreneurship program, to help these great early stage business owners succeed.
